If I miss my scheduled shuttle, can I take another coach without having to pay again?
Yes, If you missed your scheduled departure to or from the Airport, you are welcome to board the next
available shuttle. Non Airport reservations must call the office to reschedule.
Do you go every day of the week?
Yes, we operate 7 days a week- Sunday- Friday- 8 times daily and Saturday- 7 times daily. Holiday hours may vary- please see website for details.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change the reservation by logging into reservations with your user id and password- go to the word account on top and then to personal orders - you will see your reservation in the box. Click on your reservation and select modify- choose the new time and date. You can modify any reservation that has not started travel. To cancel, highlight the reservation and select cancel- reservation will not disappear but will show an X instead of a C.
Do I have to print and bring my confirmation with me?
It is highly recommended to print the reservation, however if you are unable to print it, please be prepared to give your reservation number to the driver.
Does the coach have seat belts and are child car seats allowed on the coach?
The new coaches are all equipped with 3 point seat belts for added safety.
Are the coaches wheelchair accessible?
Yes, however, 24 hour advance reservations are required. Please call our office or enter "wheelchair" next to your name in the passenger box when making the reservation online. |
