Effective March 24, 2010- Continental Airlines will now fly in and out of the NORTH Terminal.
Detroit McNamara Terminal is host to the following airlines Delta Air Lines (Northwest Airlines), Air France, ,
KLM
Royal Dutch Airlines.
Passengers with carry-on luggage only:
Take elevator down two levels to "International" Arrivals level (Ll) and exit out double sliding glass doors. Pick up location is to the right- next to the "Smart Bus/Employee Shuttle" sign
Passengers who are retrieving checked luggage at the domestic baggage carousels:
From domestic baggage claim area, take the elevator down one level to "International" Arrivals
level (Ll) and exit out double sliding glass doors. Pick up location is to the right- next to the
"Smart Bus/Employee Shuttle" sign.
Passengers arriving from an international arrival hall:
After exiting customs hall, exit out double sliding glass doors. Pick up location is to the right- next to the "Smart Bus/Employee Shuttle" sign
Passenger can sit in International Arrival seating area. Proceed out to pick up location 5 minutes before departure time. No Michigan Flyer signage at this time - Motorcoaches are decaled with
Michigan Flyer and Indian Trails..
North Terminal
Detroit North terminal hosts the following carriers: Air Canada, American Airlines, AirTran Airways, Frontier Airlines, Continental, Lufthansa German Airlines, Royal Jordanian Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways, USA 3000, and charter airlines.
Michigan Flyer picks up and drops off at the Ground Transportation Center of the New North Terminal - between stall #1 and #4 -through the door marked "terminal-to-terminal shuttles".
Passengers who are retrieving checked luggage at the baggage carousels:
From the baggage claim area follow the signs to Ground Transportation- go up two levels up (via escalator or elevator) and cross the bridge walk, then down the elevator marked "Elevator to Ground Transportation" on the other side of the bridge walk. When exiting the elevator turn to your LEFT- proceed through the double doors marked;

Look for Michigan Flyer coach between Stall #1 or Stall #4
If you are descending via the escalator, be sure to make a U-TURN at the bottom and follow the arrows to the doors marked as above. Our Michigan Flyer Coach (also says Indian Trails) will be parked outside the doors between Stall #1 and Stall #4.
Passengers with carry-on luggage only:
Proceed one level up and follow the instructions above to Ground Transportation Center.
