Do I have to prepay for my ticket?

The discounted fares require payment via credit card on our website. You can pay cash to the driver, however, the one way fare is higher and seats are based on availability.

If I miss my scheduled shuttle, can I take another coach without having to pay again?

Yes, If you missed your scheduled departure to or from the Airport, you are welcome to take the next availbable coach withou penalty. Non Airport passengers traveling between East Lansing and Ann Arbor who do not show for their scheduled departure must purchase a new ticket.

Do I have to print and bring my confirmation with me?

It is highly recommended to print the reservation, however if you are unable to print it, please be prepared to give your reservation number to the driver.

Do you have signs at the Detroit Airport?

There are now "Public Transit" signs throughout both terminal in Detroit Metro. In McNamara terminal follow "Public Transit" signs to the International Arrivals level. Once exiting the double sliding doors look for the post with the "AirRide" sign just to the right of the doors. At the North terminal follow "Public Transit" signs to Ground Transportation. We pick up in Stall #1 next to the "AirRide" sign.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation by calling our office during office hours at 517-333-0400 . Same day changes depend upon coach availbility. Office hours 6:15am-8:00pm Mon-Fri and 8:00am-8:00pm Sat-Sun

Does the coach have seat belts and are child car seats allowed on the coach?

The coaches are all equipped with 3 point seat belts for added safety. Child safety seats are not required on motorcoaches, however, you are welcome to bring a car seat if you have purchased a seat for your child.

Are the coaches wheelchair accessible?

Yes, however, 24 hour advance reservations are required. Please call our office or enter "wheelchair lift" in the notes area below the passenger name box when making the reservation online.

Do you go every day of the week?

Yes, we operate 7 days a week -8 times daily. Holiday hours may vary — please see the web site for details
