The Flyer picks up and drops off directly under the skywalk on Albert Avenue. Look for the Michigan Flyer signs. Our motor coach departs East Lansing for Detroit Metro Airport daily including all holidays. Boarding begins 20 minutes before departure from East Lansing. To insure our on-time departure, passengers arriving within 3 minutes of departure may be denied boarding.

Parking

Michigan Flyer clients may park their private vehicles at our East Lansing City Center covered parking ramp — the entrance to the ramp is on Charles Street. Enter the ramp from Charles Street and take a white ticket to open the gate. You will find this exclusive 4th level parking area marked by signs "Michigan Flyer by permit only". We have 60 signed parking spaces reserved for our Michigan Flyer clients on the 4th level of this convenient parking ramp. If all 60 marked spaces are taken please park as close as you can to the last marked space. The ramp is connected by a covered skywalk to our office/departure location at the Marriott.

The cost is $2.00 per day and is only available by prepayment to Michigan Flyer. Parking must be paid before your departure from East Lansing. For your convenience the parking fee may be prepaid here on our reservations page or in person at our office. Please print your parking confirmation and place the bar code on your dash board for scanning. If you are prepaying at our office a permit will be provided.

Once a reservation has been prepaid, you will need to obtain a "green" ticket from the Michigan Flyer office or from the Michigan Flyer motor coach driver on the day of departure. You will give this green ticket to the parking lot attendant upon your departure from the ramp.

Please be advised the East Lansing City Center ramp is a public parking ramp. Please do not leave anything in your car while you are parked. Michigan Flyer cannot be responsible for the cars parked in this city center ramp or any of our parking lots.

If parking fees are not prepaid to Michigan Flyer, vehicle is subject to City of East Lansing parking rates.
