Thanksgiving Holiday Travel restrictions:

     Please note the following dates are non-refundable/non-exchangeable:
                  November 23 and 24 eastbound to Detroit Metro Airport
                  November 28 and 29 westbound to East Lansing.

Reservations:
For advance reservation rates, tickets must be purchased at least one hour prior to
departure time. Passengers departing from our East Lansing location may purchase
tickets for the "advance purchase" rates up until 5 minutes prior to departure in our
office during office hours (6:15am-11pm Sun-Fri and 6:15am-10pm Sat). Passengers
departing from Detroit Metro Airport within an hour of our scheduled departure who
wish to pay with credit card please call the Michigan Flyer office (a $5.00 per person
administration fee will apply.)  Availability is not guaranteed until ticket is purchased
(on-line or at our office). 

Round trip Discounts- To qualify for a round trip discount, a reservation must be booked
for the same number of passengers in both directions and from the same origin/destination
points.

Special services- Reservations for passengers needing a wheelchair lift, require a 24 hour

notice.  Please call the office to secure your reservation or indicate "wheelchair" next to
name in the passenger box when booking online.

Passengers wishing to pay cash to the driver must have exact change - only
single passenger tickets are available at the coach. 
 
Departures from Ann Arbor and Jackson to East Lansing must be prepaid- driver will
bypass Ann Arbor/Jackson if reservations have not been pre-arranged.

Missed your shuttle?  If you missed your scheduled shuttle to or from the Airport, you are welcome to go on the next available shuttle.   Non-airport passengers must call to change the reservation before
the reserved departure time.

Baggage allowance:

Two checked bags (50 pounds maximum per bag) per passenger - are free. Families
of 3 or 4 are allowed a total of 5 checked bags. All overweight and extra bags will be charged a fee
of $20/per bag.
