TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please review the following general fare details prior to purchase

1. Fares quoted are valid on the Michigan Flyer schedule and/or those of participating interline carriers listed on the ticket. Fares are payable in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.

2. All tickets will be honored for transportation unless otherwise indicated.

3. Walk-up passengers (those without a prior prepaid reservation) will be accommodated as per space available. Payment can be arranged by credit card through our office or by cash to the driver. Extra fee applies to payment to driver or payment through the office within the final hour prior to departure.

4. Depending on the date and time you select, not all discounted fares may be available on all schedules.

5. Fares subject to change. Fares may be higher during some periods and additional restrictions (non-refundable/non-exchangeable dates) may apply during peak travel periods. See "cancellation/change policy" for details.

6. Parking rates are set by the parking facility owners and are subject to change. Michigan Flyer does not own any parking facilities but does facilitate parking space rental from the City of East Lansing, Avalon Hotel and Four Points by Sheraton. Michigan Flyer is not responsible for any damage caused while parked at these 3rd party owned facilities.

7. To qualify for a family/group discounts, passengers must be prepaid and travel together at all times. For children discounts parents and children of the same household must travel on the same itinerary. Children traveling on child rates must be accompanied by an adult from the same household on all segments.

8. Refunds: A request for a full refund will be honored providing the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the outbound departure. (Exception: travel on peak travel dates are non-refundable- see below for upcoming dates) The return portion of any round trip ticket is always non-refundable. We do permit changes to the return time/date of the "return portion" providing the change is pertaining to the same trip.

9. Boarding. Michigan Flyer begins boarding 15 minutes prior to the departure from East Lansing. Please print or take note of your confirmation number to give to the driver for all pickup locations.

10. Luggage. Passengers are allowed two free bags under the bus and one carry-on. All luggage is restricted to 50 pounds per bag. Excess and overweight baggage is subject to a $15.00 surcharge.

11. Michigan Flyer will not be responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, mechanical conditions, or other conditions beyond the carriers' control

12. Michigan Flyer will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

13. Michigan Flyer operates near parking facilities not controlled by Michigan Flyer. Michigan Flyer, LLC is not liable for vehicles or their contents. In these lots, please park at your own risk. Michigan Flyer cannot assure the security of your vehicle, or the contents in your vehicle.

14. Parking fees in East Lansing and Ann Arbor must be prepaid directly to Michigan Flyer, and a Michigan Flyer parking receipt must be placed on the dashboard and presented when exiting the parking ramp in East Lansing. If parking fees are not prepaid to Michigan Flyer, vehicle may be ticketed and subject to City of East Lansing standard parking rates.

15.. Cancellation / change policy as of October 2010

Non-refundable travel dates:

Spring Break: Eastbound March 2 and 3, 2012/ Westbound March 10 and 11, 2012

No Shows: Michigan Flyer passengers who "no show" a prepaid reservation are not entitled to a credit or refund.

Cancellation Policy for One Way tickets: cancellations incur no fees and fares are refundable provided that you notify
the office at least 48 hours prior to the trip departure time.

Cancellation Policy for Round Trip tickets:cancellations incur no fees and fares
are refundable provided that you notify the office at least 48 hours prior to
the beginning of the entire trip. Once trip has commenced the return portion is
completely non-refundable!


Change to a Reservation:

Airport passengers: Within 48 hours of departure on a non-refundable fare, passengers may change his/her
scheduled bus departure as long as the travel date remains the same. This type of a change must be made with
our office by telephone or by leaving a voice mail at 517 333 0400.

Exception: Passengers that miss our last scheduled departure from the airport,
may leave us a message or contact our office the next day. In this instance one
may ride the Michigan Flyer at no extra cost the following travel day.

Non-airport passengers: Non Airport passengers traveling between East Lansing and Ann Arbor who do not
show for their scheduled departure must purchase a new ticket.
